Delete your BitPiggy account

In the app (required)

1. Open BitPiggy and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Type delete, then tap Delete. This cannot be undone.

That removes your files from BitPiggy, signs out every device, and frees the email so it can be used on a new account later. If you subscribed on iPhone or Android, cancel that subscription in Apple or Google account settings — deleting BitPiggy does not cancel it.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@bitpiggy.app from the same address you used to sign in. Ask us to delete the account. We will confirm by email when it is gone.

What is deleted

Files in the account, device listings, sessions, and the email mapping. Help notes already emailed to us are ordinary mail and are not in the app database.

What may remain on a device

A device identifier in Keychain or a local file, so a later install can still be recognized as the same phone or computer. Uninstalling the app may leave that Keychain item on iOS and macOS; that is expected.
